Opportunity

Muncie Power Products, an industry leader in Power Take-Offs and mobile power components to the truck equipment industry, has an immediate opening within the Marketing Department for a Digital Marketing SpecialistReporting to the Manager of Marketing & Advertising, this hire will develop and implement strategies for all digital marketing activities including website, email, paid advertising, SEO, data management, analytic analysis and other related areas. This position will also develop lead scoring and qualification parameters to more effectively nurture and track leads into the sales funnel.

Location: This position will sit at our corporate headquarters in Muncie, IN.

  • Develops and implements strategies for Muncie Power websites
  • Creates and executes digital marketing strategy
  • Manages digital paid media activities
  • Develops lead scoring system
  • Evaluates leads and lead tracking
  • Oversees and implements search engine optimization tactics
  • Analyzes digital analytics and presents reports
  • Runs competitive analysis reports
  • Oversees retargeting/remarketing advertising activities
  • Creates and implements strategy for email marketing
  • Coordinates and evaluates daily activity within HubSpot
  • Implements automation strategies within HubSpot
  • Oversees and executes HubSpot integration with website
  • Develops metrics to understand success of marketing tactics
  • Creates lead generating web pages with tracking metrics
  • Works with Communications Specialist to implement appropriate digital tactics
  • Plans digital advertising activities
  • Assists creative team in development of digital advertising
  • Assists in development of overall marketing strategy
  • Assists with social media strategy
  • Helps develop video content
  • Creates interactive screens for trade show displays
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions as required
  • Invests time in understanding new digital opportunities
  • Participates in cross functional teams

 

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of digital marketing or advertising required; 3+ years experience is preferred

Education: B.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing or related field

Language: English 

  • Experience utilizing paid advertising programs
  • Knowledge of and experience with search engine optimization tactics, web development and content management systems
  • Experience analyzing and configuring Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Experience with email marketing software, marketing automation and personalization software
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office Suite and web based applications; experience with design software such as InDesign is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred
  • Ability to travel to assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and customers as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, suppliers, trade show representatives and business associates
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of groups including but not limited to managers, clients, customers, and public
  • Strong creative and writing abilities with experience and understanding of standard writing techniques
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively
  • Proven ability to plan and schedule work and meet deadlines, maintain records, and prepare reports as required by management
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
